Educational Incentive Program

STP, in cooperation with local colleges, has developed an innovative Nuclear Power Technology associates (two-year) degree program to prepare students for well-paid apprentice positions as plant operators and electrical, mechanical, chemistry, health physics or I&C technicians. STP will help students earn that degree by providing paid internships and summer co-op positions, as well as all tuition, fee and book costs for select students through the Educational Incentive Program.
